Equipment
What is the difference between the mat and the different equipment?

Mat
Mat is done using your own body weight and small props (like bands, balls, etc)

Reformer
Reformer is done on a moving carriage with ropes, springs and pulleys.

Cadillac
Cadillac is done on a stable surface, with springs and bars.

Chair
Chair is done using a square seat with pedals that are attached to springs.

Reformer / Cadillac Trapeze Combined Machines
The Reformer / Cadillac trapeze combined machines in our studio are very adaptable to all bodies, and offer a huge range of exercises from the Pilates repertoire.
